Terms of Service
These terms apply to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. When requesting my services and/or purchasing my products, you agree to my Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING
- Customer orders are shipped from the Canary Islands, Spain. Customers should expect their orders to be sent within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. However, there may be times when the seller takes longer to ship the product (for example, national or international holidays).
- Product arrival times may vary depending on the customer’s local postal service and the season (the Christmas season is especially complicated due to delivery delays).
- Once the seller ships the product, it is out of her control unless tracked shipping was selected. If the package is stolen or lost by the postal service, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim. Without tracking, the seller cannot offer replacements or refunds, and as a one-person business, she cannot afford to cover those costs. If tracked shipping was chosen, the seller will be able to claim the package and reship it at no additional cost.
- Most products clear customs without issues, but the seller is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied during shipping. This is the buyer’s responsibility. Please monitor your package closely and be prepared to pay any customs charges if you are an international buyer.
- For tracked shipments, the seller is not responsible if the package goes missing from the customer’s mailbox or home after the status shows “Delivered.” In such cases, the customer must contact their local postal service.
- If an order is returned to the seller for any reason, the product may be refunded if the buyer no longer wants it, but shipping fees already paid will not be refunded. If the customer wants the order reshipped, an additional shipping cost is required.
- The seller is not responsible if a product was sent to the wrong address or returned due to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If your address is incorrect, please email crimsondawnart@gmail.com to update it, provided the order has not been shipped yet.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
- All sales are final once the purchase process is completed. Returns are only accepted in case of damaged products upon arrival. If that happens, please contact crimsondawnart@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so the seller can find a solution.
- The seller does not offer full refunds (except as noted above), exchanges, or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order.
- In very rare cases, and for important reasons, the seller may cancel and refund an order at any time, notifying the customer.
PREORDERS
- By placing a preorder, the customer understands and agrees to wait for their order. Preorders can take months due to production times and delays may occur. The customer may contact the seller with any questions about production time and scheduling.
